'7.5 miles out and back - starting at I-70 Footbridge heading south to Rocky Run Shelter. Comprised of ascends, descends and level hiking. Highest ascends - day one 300'+/-, day two 500+/-. Pace just under 2 miles/hr. Faster hikers welcomed to go ahead. Group will meet at Washington Mt. 3 miles in and again at Dahlgren in an additional 2miles+/-.
