On this hike in Carroll county we will explore sections of Liberty Reservoir north and south of Liberty Road. Our moving pace will be 2.5-3 mph. There is about 600 ft of elevation gain with lots of beautiful water views. Along with a couple minor stream crossings, there is one crossing for which I recommend having a pole or two to help with balance.
