Gorman Stream Valley Natural Resource Area in Columbia is a picturesque 233.0-acre park that offers an ideal setting for walkers and hikers to explore the natural beauty of the area along the Middle Patuxent River. The trail head is in a residential neighborhood. This hike is noted as a 5 mile easy + because there are several strenuous steep climbs. Hiking poles are recommended. We will be traveling at 2.25 mph. We will not be stopping for lunch.
