This is a nearly 8-mile lollipop hike starting at the day use area and circling the campgrounds. The terrain is rolling with a few stream crossings. Elevation is about 500 ft. Pace will be 2.25-2.5. Leave from the trailhead at 10am. Carpool from Howard County Fairgrounds at 9:15am. Parking lot is rather small, so carpooling is encouraged.
