A series of moderately paced out-and-back hikes are being offered on the first Wednesday of each month that cover the whole Maryland section of the Appalachian Trail. The series started at the Pennsylvania/Maryland border and will end in Harpers Ferry, WV. Most hikes are around 10 miles and will be hiked at a pace of 2 to 2.5 miles per hour.
