Join us on the northern most section of a series of 9 hikes on the Appalachian Trail across Maryland from Pen Mar to Harper’s Ferry.  We will hike out and back for of a total of 10.8 miles going south from Pen Mar Park to the view point at Raven Rock. Total elevation gain is about 1,300’ with the longest climb of 600’ over 0.8 mile. The trail is very rocky in places.  Our average pace will be  2.0 -…
