This 12 mile hike in Washington County begins with a stroll through Greenbrier State Park, proceeding past Greenbrier Lake, ascending the Bartman Hill Trail to the Appalachian Trail, and then heading south along the AT for lunch at the Washington Monument. There are many rocky sections of trail, no stream crossings and about 2,100 feet of total ascent.
