Hike a hilly loop through Gunpowder Falls State Park along Mingo Falls, Bunker Hill, and other trails starting from the Mt Carmel Park & Ride. There are several stream crossings, so poles are recommended. Lunch stop at picnic tables. Those who do no wish to hike Green Grain up to the ruins will be able to end their hike at 5.5 miles.
