This 12-13 mile loop hike will begin at Carderock and follow a variety of trails (including Billy Goat A and C trails, the C&O Canal, and various wooded trails) in the Great Falls Area. SINCE BILLY GOAT B TRAIL HAS RECENTLY BEEN REOPENED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS, WE WILL HIKE THIS SECTION--THE HIKE ROUTE WILL BE CHANGED SO THAT THE OVERALL HIKE DISTANCE WILL NOT CHANGE.
