This "1st Saturday of the Month" Appalachian Trail hike for HAM Has-Beens and Wannabees (or for those who just want a pleasant Saturday outing) offers an out-and-back, self-paced hike targeting a moving pace average approaching 3 mph or better over 12 to 22 miles.
