Want to get in a good morning workout and then go about your day? Are you a fan of fast hiking? Then this is the hike for you. We will hike for the entire time as if we are in a hurry to get somewhere, maybe 2.8- 3.2 mph. on flat areas, slower on hills. We should be back by 11:30 or 12:00. Please register by 5 p.m. the day before the hike.
