This 10 mile hike has about 1300 feet of elevation change and will be led at about 2.25-2.5 mph. Highlights include climbing up and along the top of the old Avalon dam, crossing Cascade Falls, hiking up the steep Rootball Trail, and crossing the historic swinging bridge.
