We will still start in front of the Big Meadows Lodge, take a short walk to Blackrock Overlook, and onward to the Appalachian Trail, heading north.  We will take a look out at Fisher's Gap Overlook before crossing the road on to the Rose River Loop Trail, where we will pass several waterfalls and a copper mine.  (And a cemetery?) .  Then we'll meander on several trails southward, back to the AT.  Our home stretch will be heading north on…
