The Mill Prong Trail will take us to Rapidan Camp, the National Historic Landmark that was the rustic getaway of President Herbert Hoover in the late 1920s. The way is downhill and the setting beautiful. After visiting the cabin (if open) we will continue uphill on the Laurel Prong Trail to its junction with the Appalachian Trail.
