We will be hiking on both sides of the river, in Carroll and Howard Counties. There will be some bushwhacking, minor stream crossings, and about 1000 feet of elevation gain. The hike will be led at a moderate pace.

One way hike in Baltimore County through the Glen Artney, Hilton, and Grays Mill areas to Oella. The hike has numerous stream crossings and steep but relatively short climbs. There will be a short car shuttle.
Join us on a 9-mile circuitous hike from the Pickall Area, Pavilion 708. The hike has a few stream crossings and several steep, but relatively short climbs with an elevation gain of approximately 900 feet. We will take a lunch break. Pace averages 2 to 2.5 mph.
An out and back hike of a total of 11.2 miles going south from Gathland State Park to Weverton Cliffs overlook. Total elevation gain is 1800 ft. Our pace while hiking will average 2.0-2.5 MPH.
