Hike begins at the Woodstock Inn Parking lot at 1415 Woodstock Rd, Woodstock, MD 21163. There are a few small stream crossings. The trails can be rolling and meandering. The pace will average 2.5 + mph. We will stop for a 15-20 minute lunch/snack break.
The Park is densely populated by numerous species of wildlife, high-quality forest, and features spectacular rock out-cropping throughout the park. The Hawlings River passes through the park. The trails are all natural surface, several loops with a meadow crossing. Very minor stream crossing. We will hike 2.25-2.5 MPH
The trail begins in the parking Lot of Rockburn Branch Park West. We will access the Rockburn Elementary Connector trail and work our way through the park. This trail has no water crossings and minimal elevation. We will walk 2.25-2.5 mph. There will not be a lunch break for this hike.
