Hike upstream through woods along Big Gunpowder Falls to Stockdale Trail (BLUE) hiking along the upper ridge (flat after slight hill climb at first)> This is a loop hike. Wear hiking boots and bring poles in case muddy conditions.

HIKE: Patapsco Valley State Park, / Grist Mill Trail / Lost Lake, 5.5 Miles, walk to the second Swinging Bridge. Very easy all paved trail and awesome views along the way. This paved pathway runs parallel to Patapsco River that provides scenic views leading past numerous sites of historic interest.
