This 8-9 mile hike in the Glen Artney area of Patapsco Valley State Park will follow the Soapstone Trail and adjacent trails, finishing around noon. There will be a snack break but no lunch stop. The hike has some moderate hills and stream crossings.

We will hike a circular route on the Mingo Forks, Bunker Hill, & Gunpowder trails, including a steep ascent to the Green trail. Hike will extend a mile to visit to the ruins of an old mill if the group wishes. ** This hike will NOT visit the ruins.
