This 8-9 mile hike will use trails in Rockburn Branch Park and the nearby Avalon section of Patapsco Valley State Park. The route will vary, but the hike typically involves rolling hills and there may be several moderate stream crossings. Our pace while hiking will be about 2.5 mph. There will be a short snack break but no lunch break.
