The hike to Ilchester Rocks features a number of moderate hills and stream crossings on trails including Soapstone, Santee Branch, Bull Run, Sawmill Branch and Buzzards Rock. The elevation gain is approx. 1300 feet. The hiking pace will be 2.7 to 3.0 mph. Bring lunch or a snack.
A 10-mile hike on scenic trails in Hollofield & Daniels area of PVSP with an elevation gain of about 1400 feet. There are a few small stream crossings, and we will be passing Gary Memorial Church and Daniels Dam along the way. The hiking pace will be 2.7 to 3.0 mph.
