The annual MCM annual holiday party, including annual meeting and awards, will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2022.
Join your fellow hikers for the MCM holiday party, the presentation of MCM Awards and a special presentation by Karen Ohrlich, Stephanie Carpentier and Beth Cooper, “Hiking in Utah’s Slot Canyons”. The party is from 2:30 – 5:00 at The Hawthorn Center, 6175 Sunny Spring, Columbia. Schedule: 2:30 -3:30 Social Hour, 3:30 – 4:00 MCM awards and business presentation, 4:00 – 4:30 “Hiking the Utah Slot Canyons”.
Please bring a “finger food” dessert or appetizer to share–with a serving utensil, if needed. Finger foods are items that can be picked up and eaten with your hands rather than plastic forks (reducing our use of disposable items). We will have toothpicks. Examples of finger foods: fruit, veggie and dip, cheese and crackers, bruschetta, mini quiche, cookies, cupcakes . . . be creative!
Please bring new warm gloves or socks! Please bring gloves or socks to donate to the homeless or drop a few dollars in the sock box and we’ll do the shopping.
